How quickly can you start FM services?+
For most facilities, we can mobilise within 2–4 weeks of contract signing. For urgent situations — such as a sudden contractor exit — we can deploy a team within days for emergency FM coverage.
Do you handle single-service or full scope FM?+
Both. Some clients engage us for a single service such as HVAC maintenance or professional cleaning. Others engage us for full integrated FM across all pillars. We'll recommend what suits your situation.
What areas do you serve?+
Our primary service area is Klang Valley and Selangor. We also take on projects across Peninsular Malaysia depending on scope and commitment level. Contact us to discuss your location.
Is there a minimum contract period?+
For integrated FM, we typically work on 1–3 year contracts to allow proper planning, mobilisation, and continuous improvement. For one-off consultancy or project work, there is no minimum period.
